Common questions
Do churches need to apply for 501(c)(3) status?
Churches can be tax-exempt without applying, but many apply anyway because donors, banks, and grant makers often ask for an IRS determination letter.
Do you work with nonprofits outside Florida?
Yes. I have helped organizations in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Do you charge a percentage of grants won?
No. Grant writing is a flat fee. Percentage-based fees go against grant professional ethics, and many funders do not allow it.
